As General Counsel of Crow Holdings, Kevin Bryant has overall responsibility for all legal matters and tax planning. He also is responsible for the structuring and formation of Crow Holdings Capital’s funds. Kevin has been with CHC and CHC–affiliated entities since 1997. He chairs the Due Diligence Committee and sits on the Real Estate Investment Committee.
Kevin began his legal career at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP, where he focused primarily on commercial real estate, corporate finance and partnership law, and worked extensively with real estate equity funds. Prior, Kevin was with Arthur Andersen & Company where he became a certified public accountant. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University where he graduated with honors.
Kevin sits on the board of Uplift Education and is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable Tax Policy Committee and The Real Estate Council. He has published various tax articles and co-authored several books, including the Partnership Tax Practice and Planning Guide, the Annual Tax Planning Guide for S Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies, Matthew Bender’s Tax Return Manual and The Depreciation Handbook, published by Matthew Bender.
