The self-storage investment strategy primarily seeks well-located Class A/B facilities in the top 50 U.S. MSAs. We focus on the acquisition, development, and redevelopment of facilities with a minimum of 50,000+ NRSF with the specific goal of creating value by rental rate growth and capital appreciation. As of September 30, 2016, more than 1.7 million square feet of self-storage space has been acquired or developed.
